Professional architects utilizing Second life as a way to showcase their work and do what most people only dream of.

David Denton (DB Bailey in SL) has crossed over the realm of reality to the virtual reality of Second life, showcasing his architectural concepts and designs which has allowed him to collaborate with individuals across the globe.

"David Denton has completed the first phase of a conceptual design of a major mixed-use project to be built in Cairo, Egypt. The project may be the first of this scale to be created initially in Second Life. Mr. Denton (DB Bailey in SL), who has been working in Second Life for about two and a half years, is actively engaged in integrating his Second Life and real life architectural practices because of the enhanced potential for design and collaboration.

The REFLECTIONS EGYPT Website was created to support the development of standards and methodologies for the application of virtual world technologies such as Linden Lab Second Life as a new paradigm pre-visualization platform for professional architects."
