Sunshine Kit a mother brings awarness to Autism into Second life

Sunshine Kit
'AUTISM AWARENESS'

In her own words...

FOR MY RL CHILDREN ... I LOVE YOU SO MUCH
www.youtube.com/watch?v=VGNQ9bu1mDk&feature=related />
"IF God would give me a wish .. to change something in my life ... I would not change anything ..When families with children with Autism  hear  the word Autism we start to seek for help and educate ourselves.  To give our children the best we can for them to be able to live a normal life as possible .. but then, you realize .. how ..different things are depending on  your race, income, and even on the spectrum itself if the child is high or low functioning..In some states families with low income..don't get as much help after they reach the age of  five.  Forgetting that children don't just stay as little kids; How about the Teens? If you don't have the money to afford the right treatments or live in big a city these children miss out. I wish people wouldn't discriminate against children with a child with Autism Low or High autism or any child with a disability."

The above words are that of my good friend Sunshine Kit in Second life who has always been upbeat and supportive to all who needed her.  Ive heard the voices of her children who sound happy and vibrant. Sunshine has been a very devoted mother to her children and Second life has given her a greater voice to help them.

This woman is like the photo I have shown. She is a person of many skins. She has had to wear many hats in her real life and has struggled to bring up her children who have been diagnosed with Autism and has had to deal with limited support from the outside.

Second Life has given her an opportunity to broaden her awareness and share her story with many others. She knows she is not alone any longer.  She has chosen to enlighten others with her own experience in real life. She is a  woman that comes with a life time of real life experience and she has opened her heart to those who need advice and direction. Please extend a hand to the Groups in Second Life in any way you can who support awareness for Autism.

Sincerely,

Sophia Yates  & Sunshine Kit
